MeMilk YOGUR HIERRO is a YOGURT pasteurized after the fermentation process with an ADDITIONAL CONTENT OF IRON AND VITAMIN C.

This is a creamy product, high in IRON AND VITAMIN C, which contributes to the proper functioning of the brain, to the reinforcement of the memory and to reduce the tiredness and the fatigue.

Its packaging consists of 85gr. Doy Pack format made to be consumed directly from the container through the nozzle it has incorporated.

This is a product which can be stored at room temperature with an expiration date of 18 months after the date of packaging. Therefore, it can be consumed in any place, by anyone, at any time of day with total safety.

Having a good level of iron is related to better times of mental reaction, to a better inhibitory control and to a better planning capacity. A research made in the University of Pennsylvania (U.S.A) shows that the iron levels are important to perform well in certain mental activities, and not only to avoid anemic conditions, in young, healthy people.

The iron contributes to the presence of the appropriate standards of oxygen in blood, and a 20% of the used by the brain is obtain precisely from the bloodstream. An adequate concentration of iron benefits the cognitive activity, the concentration and the logic reasoning, in addition to preventing cognitive problems.

The iron is indispensable for the formation of the hemoglobin, substance in charge of the transportation of oxygen to all the cells in the body.
